In the summer 2017, I worked as a deck hand and guide on a wildlife safari boat. It was hard in the beginning because I was sea sick, but with experience and training, I soon became a skilled sailor. I spent the summertime between the Russian mining settlements of Barentsburg and Pyramiden and was lucky enough to do a circumnavigation of Svalbard on a small expedition ship. At that time, I also started with photography, the best way for me to share my emotions in front of all the amazing nature I was experiencing.
